FALL SESSION: OCTOBER 21, 22, 23, 2022 Park Centre & Hotel Conference Room (2nd floor, across from Namaste) Sherwood Park, AB $750 investment Class Times: Friday, 6:00pm - 9:00pm Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Learn Reiki for yourself or for others and learn how to use it intuitively as part of a daily practice or incorporate it into a modality you already practice. Introducing and maintaining the practice of self-reiki on a daily basis has phenomenal benefits. These include anxiety management, stress reduction, physical pain management, an overall sense of wellbeing and calm, and it also creates a deep connection to yourself on a whole other level. Having this tool and learning this practice, will have level you up times a million on the self-care front. The ability to manage the list of things aforementioned, especially when you're experiencing a plethora of emotions, new situations, anxiety surrounding every aspect of life and generally just not knowing what to do about any of it, really does change the game... of/for life!! The movement of energy can have some powerful effects and we want to be able to hold a safe space for all that attend. This is why we keep our class sizes small so that we are able to answer questions and give each other time and space to practice and process.
